Requesting a Benefit Verification & Analysis
​We are a medical billing service that knows the right questions to ask insurance companies to find out about out-of-hospital birth coverage. We will:

- Create an Estimate of your cost or reimbursement amount.
- Look for loopholes for filing special exceptions.
- Track pre-authorization and birth notification requests.

To request a Benefit Analysis:
- Please complete the Registration Form on the right.
- Send a clear copy of the front and back of your insurance card per the contact info on the form.
- Pay via personal check and mail or use the PayPal button above.

​Your midwife must be signed on with Birth Billing Specialist in order for us to complete your Benefit Analysis.

​​We will fax your midwife you benefit analysis to review with you.
